What we do not keep

We do not keep the websites you visit, DNS queries or the content of your traffic.

What we keep and why

Account data: name, email address and Telegram username if you signed in with it. We need them for sign-in and to reach you.

Traffic volume and IP addresses of connections to our servers are kept for 30 days to detect resale of access and abuse.

Your sign-in history (time, IP address, browser) is kept for 30 days so you can spot a stranger’s sign-in.

Payment records: amount, period, transfer confirmation and the attached receipt. We need them for accounting and disputes.

Support requests are kept while the account exists.

Who we share with

We do not sell or share your data with third parties except where the law directly requires it.

Your rights

You can download all your data as one file from your profile.

You can also delete the account there: access on every device is cut off, personal data, sign-in history and support requests are erased, and payment records stay anonymised for accounting.

Protection

Passwords are stored only as hashes; two-factor secrets and device configs are encrypted. You can turn on sign-in with a code from an authenticator app.
