When we refund

You can cancel the subscription at any time and get back the cost of unused days.

How we calculate

We divide the amount paid by the number of subscription days and multiply by the days left. For example, 90 days cost $9 and 30 days have passed: we refund $6.

How to request

Write to the Support section in your account and say where to send the money. Access on devices is cut off on the day the refund is processed.

We send the refund within 10 business days, using the same method as the payment where possible.

When we do not refund

The trial is free and is not refundable. The period is not refunded if access was suspended for breaking the terms.
