What we accept

Reports of spam, attacks, malware distribution and other illegal activity from the IP addresses of our servers.

We do not host user websites or files: a VPN only carries traffic, so we cannot remove content on someone else’s site — report it to that site’s owner.

What to include

The server IP address, exact time with time zone, a description of the violation and evidence such as email headers or an attack log.

What we do

We find the connection by address and time and suspend the offender’s access under the terms of service. A justified report is answered within three business days.
