If the money left your account but the subscription did not turn on within a day, contact support and attach the receipt: we will find the transfer by hand.

Technical
How fast is the connection?
There are no artificial speed or traffic limits. Real speed depends on your provider and the distance to the server; if it is slow, switch the server or the protocol.
How many devices can I connect?
It depends on the plan: One — one device, Family — three, Maximum — five. You can remove a device and give access to another.

What if a protocol gets blocked?
Every device gets three protocols at once. If one stops working, switch to another in the app or change the server with a button in your account.

Does it work on a router?
Yes, if the firmware has an OpenVPN client, such as Keenetic or OpenWrt. The router file is downloaded from the device card.
Learn more →Does it work on Apple TV and Smart TV?
Android TV uses the same app as a phone. Apple TV has a sing-box build in the App Store. For TVs without an app store, set up the VPN on the router.
Learn more →Does it work in China or Turkey?
VLESS Reality is built for networks with deep packet inspection, but blocking changes in every country and we cannot guarantee it. Contact support before paying and we will tell you how things stand.
Learn more →Why does the speed drop?
Usually because of a congested provider link, a distant server or a protocol that copes badly with packet loss. Try Hysteria2 instead of VLESS on mobile networks or change the server on the device card.

What if my provider blocks the VPN?
Switch to VLESS Reality: it looks like ordinary HTTPS and gets through filtering better than others. If that does not help, change the server and tell support which provider you use.

Does it work on Linux?

Security
Do you log my activity?
We do not keep the websites you visit, DNS queries or traffic content. We keep traffic volume and connection addresses for 30 days to detect resale of access.

Where are the servers?
The list of countries and the current state of every server is on the status page.
Learn more →What is VLESS Reality?
A protocol that makes the connection look like ordinary HTTPS traffic to a popular website. Filtering systems find it hard to tell apart from a visit to that site.

Who can access my data?
Only service administrators, and only as far as operation and support require. Passwords are stored as hashes, configs are encrypted. Data is not sold or shared with third parties.
Learn more →What is no-logs and how can I check it?
“No-logs” is a promise not to record user activity. It is almost impossible to verify from outside, so we state plainly what we keep: traffic volume and connection addresses for 30 days. We do not record visited websites, DNS queries or traffic content. All of it is in the privacy policy.

Who can see my traffic?
Your provider only sees an encrypted connection to our server, not the websites. Websites see the server address, not yours. The content of HTTPS pages is seen by no one but you and the site.

What happens if a server is seized?
VPN servers hold no customer database, emails or payments: only device access keys. There is no history of visited websites because we do not record it. We move your devices to another server and revoke the old keys.

How do you protect data from leaks?
Passwords are stored only as hashes, payment details and secrets are encrypted, passwords and tokens are masked in logs. You can protect sign-in with a second factor. We do not collect more than needed: what is not in the database cannot leak.

Why are some VPNs blocked and others not?
Provider equipment recognises protocols by the “handwriting” of their packets. VLESS Reality looks like an ordinary visit to a popular website, so it is harder to tell apart.
